Spent New Year's week at a resort facing the sea and pool, with wonderful food and a very nice and helpful manager. the staff was polite and took care of our requests promptly. the location was beautiful and well maintained. We particularly enjoyed the upgrade to our room and the service from the staff.

The daily rate was high, and for the price, the service and facilities were average. the breakfast menu was limited and repetitive, and the service was very slow.

The resort is stunning and the beach is paradise! The staff is friendly and always willing to help. The food was good and varied, offering local cuisine as well as other options. The rooms were spacious and clean, equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We also enjoyed the pool and the views from it were breathtaking.

The resort could improve its communication with guests about any ongoing renovations and activities. , the Wi-Fi signal was weak in some areas of the resort which made it difficult to stay connected.

The resort is wonderfully located with pristine and calm white sand beaches just a few steps away. the staff are friendly and helpful, ensuring guests have a pleasant stay. the rooms are comfortable, clean and spacious with a good variety of food served for breakfast. the hotel has plenty of lovely features, including a large pool area and beautiful gardens providing shade.

There are minor issues with the amenities in the rooms such as a lack of hooks for towels and swimsuits, and in some cases, no kettles that can be an inconvenience for families with young children.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel by the beach. The location was perfect, right on the pristine and calm bay with stunning views of the ocean. Everything in Zanzibar moves at a slower pace, which added to the relaxed and laid-back atmosphere. The staff at this place were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Maureen, Lucy, and Oscar at reception who were fluent in English and went out of their way to assist us. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with amenities like air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, a mini-bar, and a balcony. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi, as well as the free toiletries and electric kettle provided.

We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in a beautiful beachfront location. The only minor downside was that some staff members struggled with communication, but overall, the service was excellent and the management was open to feedback to continually improve.
